Music Lessons
The Irvine School of Music offers both group and private music instruction. Different students require different teaching approaches - some students progress best with the peer interaction and class motivation of a group session, while other students prefer the focused concentration of an individual one-on-one lesson. Once a student is more advanced it will be necessary to take private lessons to master the advanced techniques of an instrument or voice with individual attention.
Make sure that your student has the option to select the learning style that is best suited for them. We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour lessons for private or duo lessons, and 45 minute group lessons. Our music teachers have university training in the instruments that they teach. We teach students from beginners to very advanced. A variety of styles are taught such as pop, jazz, rock and classical.
