Reminder – we are dealing with a venerable Los Angeles institution that has hosted thousands of performers from world-class musicians to young performers making their Colburn debut! They have a way of doing things, and you should be aware that the Colburn staff you encounter may likely be stern. However, our staff will be there to make this a memorable experience for all of our ISM families. So please bring your calm demeanor and your can-do attitude! We are all there to help your children enjoy the fruit of many months of hard work, but tensions may run a little high and we all need to keep that in check and roll with the punches. Stay calm, positive and lighthearted for your child’s sake as well as for all the other performers and staff who have worked so hard for this day.

Downtown LA has many libations that may be available, please use discretion beforehand if you are doing anything extra. This includes museums, halls, tourism, and restaurants. Please make sure all parking is taken care of beforehand so that you have ample time to walk to the venue.

We are here to make this experience rewarding and memorable for
everyone. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns. Please reach out to Concert Coordinator, Kyle and Richie if you need assistance.
